Archer's Catering
General Information
Archer's Meat and Catering provides complete food and beverage services for your catering event. The menus are suggested for your convenience and can be changed to meet your needs. Our meals are served buffet style. Serving time is 1 1/2 hours. Included with our meals are: Disposable plates, folks, spoons, knives, salt and pepper, napkins and any other condiments relating to your meal. Linen Service can also be provided. Linen Table Cloths are $3.50 each and Linen Napkins are .75¢ per person.
GUARANTEES
A guarantee attendance figure is required for all meals five (5) business days prior to the event.
Our store hours of operation are Tuesday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We cater anytime including Holidays and when our store hours are closed.
DEPOSIT
To reserve catering services a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit is required. This deposit will act as your contract. Your deposit will be credited on the final invoice. You may cancel prior to 5 days before your event. If you fail to cancel prior to five days before the event, the meal, excluding the service charge, will be added to your credit card. If you schedule a Pig Roast, we require one week notice to cancel your event. If you fail to cancel the Pig Roast after that time, your account will be charged the meal, excluding the service charge.
PAYMENT
Payment is due the day of your event. An itemized invoice will be presented to you the day of the event. If you are Tax exempt, you must provide us with your tax exempt certificate number. We are required by law to charge sales tax. A 15% service charge will be added to your bill.
